* You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s).
* The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

* If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
* Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
* We currently ship to only to United States Of America.
* Some items, such as hazardous materials (e.g., certain oils, batteries, or chemicals), may have “shipping restrictions” based on local regulations.
* Customers are responsible for providing the “correct shipping address” at checkout.
* Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
